New for 2009
Taking a full summer and fall of 2008, we constructed a very beautiful swimming pond just a short distance from the retreat center itself. It has decks, a beach and a swim deck in the middle of the pond. The pond itself is spring fed with on of the springs running in so it’s water can be seen and heard.
Another addition has been the installation of the geothermal heating and cooling system. For that we use the pond in the winter to pump heat into the houses and extract the heat in the summer for air conditioning. That frees us entirely from the petroleum grid. So, we have central air conditioning in each room!
The retreat facility also is equipped with WiFi.
