The Upper House was constructed in 1985 to provide extra bedrooms for overflow of the retreat work.

As time unfolded, it was remodeled in the mid-90's to accommodate shifting needs of the Center. At that time, an office was constructed for Fred that can also serve as an extra bedroom/sitting room in this facility. In addition to Fred's office, it contains a massage room that can be converted into a single bedroom as well as another room with two single beds.
